We started this business doing only owner builder pools. The way we started our business was with an experience we had building our own pool. We used an 'owner builder consultant' to assist us. Well, the long and short of it, we ended in litigation with them because of their misleading tactics. We finished our pool on our own and the rest is history.
Unlike most owner builder consultants, we are a licensed, insured, bonded contractor. We can legally visit your property and support you during your project. Further, and most importantly our system is complete. The following is what we offer:
Our package includes: Complete site measurements, construction drawings, HOA drawings and engineered steel schedule. In addition, we also provide you with a written guide to building your pool, step by step, including schedule. We submit your drawings to contractors who handle each phase of the build, typically getting multiple bids. We then review the bids with you and answer questions for you and show you how to select your contractors. We also provide you with the best equipment available including Jandy Stealth Pumps, filters, controls, heaters and Polaris pool sweeps. We provide warranty service for the equipment as a Jandy Pro Edge dealer.
